About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker via Power BI or Excel
- Monitor status, ownership, timelines, and dependencies for regional projects
- Track engagements with key KSA entities and document next actions
- Prepare monthly leadership updates and visual dashboards
- Follow up with Operating Companies to ensure meeting actions and deadlines are met
- Proactively identify and flag delays, resource bottlenecks, or strategic risks
- Ensure continuity of project data and strategic relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
- 3–6 years of project management experience in a conglomerate, consulting, or logistics/infrastructure sector
- Deep understanding of the KSA business landscape and Vision 2030 framework
- Native or professional fluency in English and Arabic
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and influence skills
