Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle including design, development, prototyping, manufacturing, and implementation
• Develop and implement project plans and processes
• Verify and validate execution projects and assess necessary modifications
• Monitor project schedules and ensure deadline compliance
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes
• Ensure contractors strictly adhere to technical project specifications
• Approve work starts, control quality, and authorize payments upon completion
• Specify materials and equipment for civil, mechanical, and electrical components
• Perform technical analysis of supplier proposals and designs
• Conduct technical field surveys
• Prepare documentation, product reports, and process reports
• Generate progress reports using control indicators and dashboards

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in industrial sector projects
• Experience in industries such as Food, Energy, Mining, or Chemical
• Experience applying national and international standards
• Knowledge of theoretical and practical construction and production processes
• Solid understanding of mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, and materials science
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD 2D, Revit, and Navisworks
• Advanced English proficiency
• Availability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D software such as E3D
