About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary projects through all project phases
- Ensure project execution according to quality, time, and cost targets
- Manage budget, results, and progress for assigned projects
- Contribute to tender work and cost estimation
- Ensure high-quality deliveries and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, mechanical engineering, or process/chemistry
- Technical experience in process, mechanical engineering, or piping
- Minimum two years of experience as a project manager within land-based industry
- Experience with customer contact and relationship building
- Proficiency in Norwegian (C1 level) both oral and written
- Ability to undergo security clearance and background checks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cost management and planning
- Project management certification or equivalent
