Responsibilities
- Lead microservices transformation initiative
- Manage cross-functional team of 12-15 members
- Coordinate parallel service development workstreams
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Sprint planning and delivery management
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience
- Experience with monolith-to-microservices migrations
- Healthcare supply chain domain knowledge
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Understanding of AWS cloud services
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare domain knowledge
- PMP or equivalent certification
