Project Manager - Advisory

Responsibilities

• Lead the tactical execution of master planning projects from inception through to delivery.
• Synchronize multi-disciplinary workstreams including infrastructure, sustainability, landscape architecture, and transport planning.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery of master plans.
• Prepare high-quality weekly and monthly progress reports (MPRs) for clients and internal leadership.
• Implement and oversee KPIs regarding schedule adherence, budget burn rates, and technical quality standards.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies.
• Act as the central liaison for clients, government authorities, utility providers, and contractors.
• Maintain detailed project plans using MS Project or Primavera P6, utilizing Critical Path Methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience, preferably within management consultancies.
• Advanced proficiency in structured frameworks such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Waterfall.
• Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to manage project financials, including monitoring time charged, tracking spend, and maintaining cost forecasts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active PMP (Project Management Professional) or Chartered Planner (RTPI/AICP/MRICS) status.
• Experience working on KSA Giga-projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, or InDesign.
• Arabic language proficiency.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian client environment and business culture.
