Project Manager – Advanced Manufacturing Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of advanced manufacturing projects including production lines, cleanrooms, and automation systems
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Develop and manage project master schedules, implementation plans, and procurement activities
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and commissioning readiness
• Prepare detailed project reports covering schedule performance, cost tracking, and risks
• Manage procurement for consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, electronics, or similar industries
• Proven experience managing manufacturing facility projects or production line installations
• Proficiency in Japanese language for communicating with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, scheduling, and budgeting
