Project Manager - Activations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management systems, procedures, and processes to ensure smooth inter-department timelines and deadlines
• Conduct continuous risk assessments, including milestone alignment, resourcing considerations, and contingency planning
• Manage stakeholder interactions across internal teams and external partners, including VIPs and senior stakeholders
• Direct onsite staff and team members to ensure successful event delivery and oversee non-department-tied deliverables
• Manage collation of speaker assets from confirmation to final delivery of presentations and content
• Track post-event milestones and conduct evaluations to assess success metrics and gather feedback
• Manage meeting minutes, task reporting, tracking, and monitoring

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent
• Significant experience in a Project Management role supporting mid-to-large scale trade exhibitions, conferences, or sports events
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, Smart Sheets, and Airtable
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at different stages of the project life cycle
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills with cultural awareness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Esports or live gaming events
• Experience working on defense or aviation events
• Experience managing hackathons, CTF, or similar competitions
