Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage critical operations for Common Services Provider and Common Payment Gateway systems supporting MOM eServices
• Oversee day-to-day operations, vendor management, and project budgets
• Coordinate audits, compliance, and security remediation activities
• Manage AWS/GCC resources and infrastructure hosting
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional project teams and stakeholder management
• Conduct risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and system deployment activities

Requirements

• 5+ years project management experience in government/public sector
• Proven experience managing critical government systems operations
• In-depth knowledge of Government IM8 policies and compliance frameworks
• Experience with AWS or GCC cloud infrastructure management
• Experience with authentication gateway integration (Active Directory, Singpass, Corppass)
• Experience with payment gateway integration (GIRO, PayNow, DBS, Stripe)
• PMP, CITPM, or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor oversight capabilities
