Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track multiple projects, maintaining schedules, status updates, and reports
• Facilitate regular cadence meetings and proactively surface project challenges
• Manage contracts and support procurement activities including renewals, licenses, and AOR drafting
• Coordinate with vendors to monitor delivery and ensure performance against service levels
• Track budget utilization and scope changes
• Drive user engagement through UAT coordination and SLA follow-up
• Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements and support change management
• Manage project compliance including Access Control List reviews and audit coordination

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or related engineering discipline
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience across at least two full project development life cycles
• Proficiency in Agile methodology
• Strong vendor management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in procurement handling such as call tenders or tender presentations
• Experience with Cloud, Design Thinking, Data Analytics, or Product-Centric Development
• Project management certifications (CITPM, COMIT, or PMP)
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master
