Responsibilities

• Drive product success by bringing the product to users
• Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user interviews
• Run sprint plannings, scrums, and retrospectives
• Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests pre-release
• Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release
• Provide product support and work with engineering to identify and fix bugs

Requirements

• Experience in building digital products
• Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources
• End to end experience working with product teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure
• Meticulous and tenacious approach to task closure

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional certifications
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or Product Management
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or Balsamiq
