Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring for multiple On-Market projects within the Instrument Operations portfolio
• Develop and maintain project charters, integrated project plans, schedules, and detailed Gantt charts
• Manage project scope, deliverables, milestones, and budgets while reporting variances
• Lead project risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to resolve issues early
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority to deliver project objectives
• Build and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans, presenting status reports to leadership
• Ensure compliance with internal project management, design control, and stage-gate processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex timelines
• Demonstrated experience with project planning tools, budgeting, and risk management
• Working knowledge of structured project management methodologies such as PMI or stage-gate
• Experience operating in a regulated environment with compliance to U.S. FDA regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential
• Experience in medical devices (IVD), automation, or informatics
• Proven ability to manage project critical paths and Third-Party Manufacturer (TPM) relationships
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
