Project Management/ICT Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop ICT master plans and technology roadmaps for office relocation and consolidation projects
• Define requirements and create high-level designs for network infrastructure, server rooms, AV systems, and physical security solutions
• Prepare and manage RFPs for ICT, AV, and security vendors
• Evaluate vendor proposals and support selection processes
• Manage multiple vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables, quality, and schedules
• Coordinate with clients, construction teams, and building management companies
• Oversee installation and quality control of network infrastructure and server room facilities
• Develop and execute cutover and migration plans
• Coordinate ICT requirements with base-building MEP systems
• Identify and mitigate project risks

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ICT project management related to office relocation or infrastructure deployment
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and high-level design for networking, server rooms, physical security, or AV systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate multiple vendors and internal teams
• Solid cost management and procurement expertise including RFP assessment
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading projects from the client/owner side (PMO, internal IT, or consulting)
• Upstream consulting experience in a consulting firm or system integrator
• Experience in data center development or disaster recovery site integration
• Understanding of construction and workplace delivery processes (fit-out, B-work/C-work)
• Business-level English proficiency
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Network Specialist, or RISS
