Project Management Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project teams and ensure accountability for delivering projects on time and within budget
• Perform overall project-level planning and lead execution across all phases
• Align project vision, strategy, and business objectives with client expectations
• Track project metrics, manage financials, and ensure project profitability
• Identify project risks and issues and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Lead the execution of contract Change Management processes
• Manage partner delivery and commercial arrangements for third-party technical resources
• Mentor junior members of the Project Management team

Requirements

• College/University degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of project management experience in a comparable industry
• Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to manage financials and track metrics
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Experience implementing project structure, governance, and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT/Telco environments
• Experience with structured project management methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
