Responsibilities

Turner and Townsend is expanding its business in Indonesia, and we are scouting for talented Project Management professionals to join our growing team. Available roles include:

• Project Manager - Civil, Structure, & Architecture
• Project Manager - Mechanical
• Project Manager - Electrical
• Project Manager - Planner / Scheduler
• Manager, Health, Safety & Environmental

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture) or relevant field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Project Management within construction projects
• Proven experience in data center, semiconductor, industrial, or advanced manufacturing projects
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, construction processes, and site operations
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to be based in Jakarta or project sites as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, utilities)
• Knowledge of high-reliability electrical systems or data centers
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or AK3U
