Project Management Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Update and draft program sheets and monitor their progress in coordination with various activities
• Plan and monitor project timelines, costs, and risks
• Write technical reports related to the operational aspects of project activities
• Manage resources, monitor personnel expenses, and handle changes regarding project scope, scheduling, and costs
• Establish internal and external reporting for stakeholders
• Participate in the preparation of project reviews

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5)
• At least 10 years of experience in AMOA or complex project management
• Experience in the energy sector is preferred
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, specifically MS Project, Excel, and @Risk
• Knowledge of public procurement contracting
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
