Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects including capital equipment installation, expense projects, and equipment relocations
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex programs and change-driven activities
• Present project status, risks, and performance metrics to executive leadership to secure strategic direction
• Conduct studies and analyses regarding trends, variances, and impacts on product development and production rates
• Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and refine business cases
• Act as the primary project contact to establish stakeholder requirements and project objectives
• Coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategic goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management supporting diverse programs and projects
• 5+ years of experience developing integrated program schedules, project plans, and metrics
• Proven ability to manage change control processes
• Ability to produce clear status reporting and recovery plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience developing and integrating strategic projects and initiatives to meet business goals
• Demonstrated experience performing trend, variance, and impact analyses and risk assessments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience creating reports and presentations for executive leadership
