Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex Passenger Seat Development Programs
• Conduct studies and analyses regarding trends, variances, and risk assessments to determine impacts on product development and production rates
• Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and refine business cases
• Facilitate the integration of project plans, schedules, and change management processes using industry best practices
• Act as the primary project contact to establish stakeholder requirements and project objectives
• Coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategic goals

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Business Operations or Project/Program Management
• 10+ years of experience using Open Plan Professional, Milestone Professional, or Microsoft Project
• 10+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams involving technical writing and facilitation
• 10+ years of experience developing integrated program schedules, project plans, and operating rhythms
• U.S. Person status required (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience developing and integrating strategic projects to meet business goals
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a multifaceted work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of leadership
