Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of the management system for the Safety & Quality Plan
• Develop and integrate programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals
• Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement organizational solutions
• Collect and organize data to maintain the status of programs, customer commitments, and supplier compliance
• Lead the development of organizational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Improve organizational visibility through robust communication plans with internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with executives and senior managers to shape and compile critical leadership presentations and messaging

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management
• 5+ years of experience developing and presenting to senior executives
• Experience in business operations, program management, engineering, supply chain, or strategy roles

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience developing and integrating strategic projects and initiatives to meet business goals
