Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical liaison and project coordinator for India Training Services to align stakeholder requests with program operations.
• Coordinate hardware procurement, technical analysis, and delivery efforts in compliance with export controls.
• Collaborate with program managers to resolve technical queries, recurring system issues, and obsolete item mitigation.
• Manage day-to-day issues and process improvements using internal systems such as SAP, GOLD, and CMPro.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and monitor product configuration and change management.
• Perform project management activities in accordance with industry standards like PMI, PMBOK, and ISO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project management on international programs.
• Experience within the aviation industry.
• Proven experience managing contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent military experience.
• Experience with Program Management Best Practices.
• Experience working directly with international customers.
• Proficiency with industry tools such as Bessy, NRTS, GOLD, CMPro, CAPRS, SAP, and CAMVIS.
