About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects and program initiatives
- Support studies and analysis regarding trends, variances, and impacts on product development and production rates
- Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and refine business cases
- Establish lead time requirements to ensure timely completion with first-pass quality
- Act as the primary project contact to establish stakeholder requirements and project objectives
- Direct all phases of projects or subsystems from inception through completion
- Coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategic goals
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to develop conclusions and recommendations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining integrated schedules (design, manufacturing, equipment, tooling, and resources)
- 2+ years of experience managing projects using standard project management tools
- 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
- 6+ years of combined education and relevant work experience
- Experience leading through influence and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- PMP Certification
- 2+ years of experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or Jira
- 2+ years of experience with program oversight and metrics reporting
- Experience in an aerospace or production/manufacturing environment
- Experience presenting and communicating data to Senior and Executive Leadership
