Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support business functions and operations for the Real Estate Practice’s senior stakeholders
• Oversee scheduling and logistics for Real Estate Practice meetings, programming, and events
• Coordinate and track major Real Estate practice initiatives
• Assist with scheduling calls, meetings, and events for key team members both internally and externally
• Assist with logistical planning for major initiatives
• Research and maintain working knowledge of major clients and development for the Practice
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and vendors
• Serve as a liaison to firm departments and external stakeholders to coordinate projects
• Plan and coordinate special projects in support of the Real Estate Practice

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 15+ years of direct experience in scheduling and coordinating logistics
• Experience working in a legal or global professional services firm
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with attorneys and staff at all levels
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
