Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and organize routine and ad-hoc department meetings and technical reviews
• Capture high-quality meeting minutes and document complex technical discussions
• Establish and maintain tracking mechanisms for department action items and deliverables
• Proactively follow up with task owners to ensure completion on schedule
• Act as a central communication bridge between the EAI department and corporate functions like HR, Procurement, and Finance
• Assist leadership with data gathering, operational reports, and departmental onboarding

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, PMO, executive assistant, or departmental operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools like Jira or Confluence
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI, Robotics, or Autonomous Driving terminology
• Experience establishing operational workflows or PMO tracking systems from scratch
• Experience using AI tools like Claude
