Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to track project schedules, timelines, procurement, resources, and budgets.
• Communicate with key stakeholders to determine business needs and resolve potential problems.
• Develop and update project plans, including objectives, technologies, staffing, and funding.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Identify operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Information Technology (IT), engineering, or IT-related consulting.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in any field with 3 years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience in at least 4 technical tools/categories (e.g., Programming Languages, Cloud Services, Databases, Project Management Methodologies, etc.), with at least 2 tools coming from the same category.
