Project Management Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan, commission, and monitor primary market research projects from inception to completion.
• Act as the primary bridge between internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage project schedules, timelines, and financial parameters to ensure delivery within budget.
• Source quotes from external suppliers and coordinate with client service teams for necessary approvals.
• Execute project plans, including script checking and translated script verification, to ensure accuracy.
• Lead or participate in kick-off meetings, status calls, and review meetings with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project queries while supporting root cause analysis for any issues.
• Document all feedback and provide regular updates regarding project scope, time, and cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Market Research and Project Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, data-oriented, and detail-oriented skills.
• Proven decision-making and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work flexibly with tasks and extended shifts as required.
