Project Management Practice Lead

Responsibilities

• Design, evolve, and enable the enterprise delivery system as a value delivery engine
• Establish principles, capabilities, and practices to translate strategy into outcomes
• Drive alignment across functions and reduce friction in decision-making
• Build a high-performing PM capability focused on value, flow, and adaptability
• Ensure enterprise initiatives align to strategy and value outcomes
• Design systems that enable flow across the enterprise and remove systemic barriers
• Establish decision frameworks and governance models to reduce latency
• Influence executive leadership to support value-based delivery practices

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise delivery or transformation initiatives
• Minimum of 10 years of experience within the Life and Annuity industry
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and scaling Project Management teams
• Expertise in enterprise prioritization, portfolio management, and decision frameworks
• PMP or equivalent experience required
• Strong financial, strategic, and operational acumen
