Project Management (PMO) Intern/Working Student

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking project milestones and workstreams using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Support the organization of cross-functional meetings by capturing decisions and tracking action items
• Actively track project costs against approved budgets, including personnel and purchases
• Support the preparation of financial reports for leadership and grant compliance
• Ensure project documentation is structured, audit-ready, and accessible across teams
• Assist in coordinating logistics between engineering, production, and operations

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in English (German language skills are a strong plus)
• Must be a citizen of a NATO member state due to export control and security regulations
• Natural ability to organize information and turn complex problems into prioritized plans
• Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in project management, consulting, or a fast-paced engineering environment
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets
