Project Management Officer

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and animation of weekly operational follow-up meetings and manage associated action plans
• Drive reporting, performance dashboards, and visual management to support decision-making processes
• Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Manage and animate collaborative workspaces
• Provide feedback on routines and tools to drive continuous improvement and support implementation with project partners
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports for the client

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent, with a focus on project management
• Proven professional experience as a PMO
• Previous experience working on EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning) projects
• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally within a large group managing industrial projects and organization
• Strong mastery of PMO methodological principles
