Project Management Officer

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and animation of weekly operational follow-up meetings and action plans
• Manage reporting, performance dashboards, and visual management tools to support decision-making
• Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Manage and animate collaborative workspaces
• Drive continuous improvement by providing feedback on routines and tools
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports for the client
• Support delivery management and operational routines
• Assist in the preparation of commercial offers

Requirements

• Bac +5 Engineering or University degree in industrial engineering or project management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the nuclear sector
• Proficiency in MS Office Pack (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in MS Project
• Strong synthesis skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interface effectively with field teams and multi-stakeholder environments
• Understanding of nuclear safety and quality requirements
