Project Management Officer (PMO)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, improvement, and rollout of global Service Partner Management (SPM) processes and policies
• Drive enhancements to the global governance model and operating rhythm
• Manage digital platform evolution, including partner intelligence tools, dashboards, and automation
• Identify and drive AI opportunities to streamline operations and insights
• Ensure alignment between SPM International and SPM GCN through structured governance
• Document processes, policies, and frameworks with clear version control
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as a catalyst for best-practice adoption across different regions

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in PMO, process improvement, business operations, or transformation
• Strong process-mapping and documentation skills
• Proven experience driving operational improvements or standardization
• Ability to simplify complexity and create practical, scalable frameworks
• Strong digital aptitude with a keen interest in technology, automation, and AI

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to governance frameworks, policy development, or audit/compliance
• Experience working with digital tools, workflow systems, or analytics dashboards
• Experience developing custom tools and dashboards
