Project Management Officer

Responsibilities

• Drive program strategy from end to end, including defining scope, building budgets, and developing detailed schedules.
• Own program planning excellence using tools such as Microsoft Project, cPlace, and Jira.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving to tackle technical and operational challenges.
• Facilitate alignment and governance by leading Configuration Change Board (CCB) meetings and managing risk mitigation plans.
• Influence stakeholders and guide diverse internal and external teams to ensure project completion.
• Manage programs from initiation through launch to meet performance, schedule, and financial targets.
• Support global operations with up to 25% travel across South America, Mexico, and Europe.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of technical project/program management experience, OR
• Master's degree and no experience, OR
• At least 3 years of technical project/program management experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee).
