Project Management Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the project portfolio for the Fluid Connectors division, including priority management and resource allocation
• Develop, structure, and continuously improve project management methodologies and gate review processes
• Provide ongoing support to project managers through training, specialized tools, and individual coaching
• Coordinate change management initiatives to ensure stakeholder alignment and integration
• Implement project tracking routines and maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency
• Manage and develop the division's Project Management Office (PMO) team and project leads across Group units
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO services

Requirements

• Master's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment
• Proven managerial experience (hierarchical and transversal)
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies; PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred
• Expertise in change management and associated methodologies
• Proficiency in Office 365 and professional project management software
• Fluent English skills
• Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
