About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare meeting minutes and track action items
- Maintain and update project schedules and progress reports
- Support budget tracking and cost management activities
- Manage project documentation and filing systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated vendors
- Support procurement and contract administration activities
- Assist with furniture procurement and move management
- Support on-site coordination during construction phases
- Assist in preparing client presentations and status reports
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Interest in office relocation and workplace transformation
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction management or interior fit-out
- Background in real estate or facilities management (FM)
- Basic knowledge of cost control and schedule management
- Experience in vendor coordination or stakeholder management
