Responsibilities

• Build and mature the PMO by architecting project management standards, methodology templates, and tooling
• Manage, mentor, and hire a team of project managers, establishing performance expectations and career pathing
• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of high-priority, complex enterprise implementations
• Oversee the global portfolio of active enterprise onboardings, monitoring resource constraints and capacity planning
• Define and track operational metrics such as project velocity and time-to-value
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to streamline feedback loops and shape product readiness
• Act as the primary escalation management point for enterprise client implementations

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technology consulting, or complex project management
• 3+ years of direct people management experience
• Proven track record of building or up-leveling a PMO function in a B2B SaaS environment
• Deep familiarity with enterprise financial systems, procurement workflows, or large-scale ERP implementation
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive-level influence skills
• Ability to thrive in high-growth startup conditions with a strong bias for action
