Project Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic cross-functional initiatives including scope, timelines, and resource management
• Enforce the XPM project governance model using RICE prioritisation, RAID logs, and RAG status reporting
• Lead the quarterly XPM Discovery Forum to surface blockers and translate findings into a prioritised roadmap
• Oversee and coordinate project managers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the portfolio
• Design and standardise internal workflows, automated approval processes, and project management frameworks
• Act as internal champion for AI-powered marketing tools and manage adoption and documentation
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to align objectives and gather requirements
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint reviews, kick-offs, and retrospectives

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in project management, ideally within marketing, creative, or digital environments
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional projects involving technical and creative teams
• Deep fluency in project governance frameworks (RICE, RAID, RAG)
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Airtable
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Clarisights or Tableau
• Familiarity with marketing attribution and measurement frameworks
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable hypotheses
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate with C-suite executives
