Project Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of the Young Professionals Programme (YPP) and its activities
• Update and improve programme materials, including presentations, templates, and communications
• Review content and propose enhancements for internal and external YPP communications
• Assist in the planning and delivery of Academy Week
• Contribute to data accuracy and basic reporting, utilizing tools like Power BI where relevant
• Identify manual or repetitive processes and suggest smarter ways of working
• Create onboarding or learning materials such as guides and training content
• Provide general project coordination support to ensure smooth programme operations

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a Dutch University studying HR, Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
• Available for a 6-month internship starting in August 2026
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English with confident communication skills
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek support
