Project Management Intern - Events

Responsibilities

• Support the entire event management process for the ABOUT YOU Fashion Show, from initial concept to on-site implementation
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of events, including schedules, timings, and operational processes
• Act as a liaison between various internal teams and external partners or service providers
• Contribute to Guest Management tasks, such as invitation processes, guest list management, and VIP/creator communication
• Support Partner Management through the planning of brand activations and partner integrations
• Gain hands-on experience in a large-scale fashion and entertainment production environment

Requirements

• Currently studying Business, Communication, Event Management, or a comparable field
• Practical experience in event, project, or production management is highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and proactive way of working
• High level of stress resistance, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills and a confident professional presence
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion, pop culture, and creative productions
