Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of SME merchants onto EPOS Rewards
- Configure loyalty programme settings and coordinate with technical and sales teams
- Support merchants in planning and executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare ROI reports
- Gather merchant feedback to surface product improvement opportunities
- Conduct competitive benchmarking on loyalty and WhatsApp CRM solutions
- Build and maintain SOPs, onboarding guides, and training materials
Requirements
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Comfortable working directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-driven, independent, and able to work under pressure
- Ability to distil technical features into simple, benefit-led language
Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate or Master's degree students (credit-bearing internship)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Meta Business Portfolio, CRM, or marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of loyalty programme mechanics (points, tiers, vouchers)
- Interest in SME marketing or retail/F&B operations
