About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, monitoring, and control of CAPEX projects
- Assist in project management tasks, including report generation, KPI tracking, and cost control
- Monitor preliminary projects and projects currently in execution
- Support the management and follow-up of contracts, permits, and registrations for engineering and construction projects
- Maintain and update information in internal management systems, including generating Solpeds in SAP R/3
- Assist in the improvement and automation of administrative processes
- Track billing, purchase orders, and supplier deliverables
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Industrial, Mechanical, Project Engineering, or a related field
- 6 to 12 months of experience using MS Project and Office tools
- Advanced Excel skills
- Availability to work for one full year
- Must provide a university recommendation letter and proof of graduation (Constancia de egreso)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or marketing roles
