Project Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Design and build a centralized dashboard to track active commercial initiatives, including progress, owners, deadlines, and risks.
• Perform diagnostics on current project statuses to identify information gaps and opportunities for standardization.
• Document project management methodologies, including workflows, templates, and reporting schemes.
• Conduct information gathering sessions with involved teams and synthesize findings into executive reports.
• Map and propose improvements to logistical and administrative coordination processes for commercial campaigns and events.

Requirements

• Student in Business, Marketing, or related fields (Administration, Economics, Trade Marketing, etc.).
• Graduation date of June 2027 or later.
• Conversational English skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Availability to work 4 hours daily, Monday to Friday, on-site.
• Must be of legal age with verifiable studies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or knowledge in project management methodologies (PMO) or tracking tools.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
