Responsibilities

• Develop a customized Project Management (PM) framework for organizational projects
• Analyze existing project workflows to design standardized processes and role profiles
• Create standardized templates to minimize administrative effort
• Conduct pilot testing of the developed framework within an initial project

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Communication Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
• Strong analytical skills and a focus on project management
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various departments
• High level of engagement, teamwork, and creativity
