Project Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans outlining objectives, scope, timelines, and required resources for line transfers
• Manage stakeholders both locally and globally to ensure project alignment and support
• Conduct risk assessments regarding regulatory, logistical, and cultural factors and develop mitigation strategies
• Oversee project budgets to ensure costs remain within financial constraints
• Coordinate logistics for equipment and material movement, including transportation and customs clearance
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments
• Monitor project milestones and adjust timelines to ensure on-time delivery
• Implement quality control measures to ensure transferred lines meet organizational standards
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management
• Conduct post-transfer evaluations to identify lessons learned for future projects

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• PMP certification
• 3-6 years of relevant project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Project Management Tools
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Strong command of the English language
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proven team-building skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
