Project Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Promote new product development projects for components and complete machines at the Yanzhou plant to ensure timely delivery.
• Receive and break down customer requirements, driving internal communication and implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, process, quality, and logistics to conduct project reviews and track progress.
• Develop and track project plans and key milestones while identifying risks and implementing mitigation actions.
• Organize regular project meetings to monitor quality, delivery, cost, and schedule performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in new product development, manufacturing operations, or project management.
• Strong project coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English (fluent spoken English preferred).
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
