Project Management Educator and Advisor

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging training sessions
• Facilitate workshops and drive development initiatives
• Support the implementation and development of project methodologies
• Contribute to increasing customer project maturity over time
• Provide qualified advisory services to management groups, PMOs, and project organizations
• Support the entire journey from needs analysis to implementation and follow-up

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio work
• Proven experience as an inspiring educator and presenter
• Experience in workshop leadership and facilitation
• Experience working with Project Management Offices (PMO) and established project methods
• Experience with change management and business development
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Experience from the public sector or infrastructure/civil engineering is preferred
