Project Management Coordinator/Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process documentation for project commitments
• Obtain external quotes for processing
• Coordinate change orders, change directives, and contemplative change notices with consultants and vendors
• Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects amongst teams and clients
• Assist with contract administration, including tender openings and issuing acceptance letters
• Enter project information and data into project management technology tools
• Process invoices and pay applications
• Assist with the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in finance
• Mandatory experience using SAP Finance
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with an analytical mindset
• Basic mathematical skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in data analysis
• Familiarity with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS)
