About the role
Responsibilities
- Process documentation for project commitments
- Obtain external quotes for processing
- Coordinate change orders, change directives, and contemplative change notices with consultants and vendors
- Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects amongst teams and clients
- Assist with contract administration, including tender openings and issuing acceptance letters
- Enter project information and data into project management technology tools
- Process invoices and pay applications
- Assist with the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Mandatory experience using SAP Finance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic mathematical skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups
- Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in finance and interest in data analysis
- Familiarity with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS)
