About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Maintain accurate project documentation, performance metrics, forecasts, and status reports
- Assist with risk management, staffing coordination, vendor administration, and procurement activities
- Support proposal tracking, change management initiatives, and process improvements
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Participate in client-facing activities to build strong relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Administration, or Project Controls
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Ability to travel occasionally and work non-business hours when required
