Project Management Coordinator

Responsibilities

This listing covers multiple specialized roles within Project Management in Bengaluru:

MEP (Interior Fitout)

• Review and analyze MEP drawing materials and schedules
• Coordinate electro-mechanical activities with site teams
• Review shop drawings, product data, and material samples
• Ensure civil obstructions are cleared for MEP activities
• Coordinate between MEP and civil drawings
• Monitor work as per specifications and standards

C & I (Coordination & Installation)

• Coordinate with Architects and consultants for design development
• Manage stakeholders and monitor onsite work progress
• Perform quality control and check installations against approved checklists
• Manage project handing over and rectifications

EHS/Safety

• Conduct daily EHS audits and weekly safety walks
• Prepare HIRA and SOP documentation
• Oversee investigations of accidents and unsafe working conditions
• Implement waste management plans and emergency evacuation drills
• Maintain firefighting equipment and safety signage

Planning/Documentation/Coordinator

• Prepare baseline and micro schedules for work packages
• Prepare DPR, WPR, MPR, and delay reports
• Monitor construction progress against baseline schedules
• Perform risk assessment and update risk registers
• Manage resource scheduling and allocation

Requirements

For MEP Roles

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering
• 2 to 12 years of experience in interior fitout

For C & I Roles

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil or Architecture
• 2 to 12 years of experience in fitout

For EHS/Safety Roles

• Diploma in Industrial Safety or Fire & Safety
• 2 to 10 years of experience

For Planning/Documentation Roles

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil or Architecture
• 2+ years of experience
