Project Management Controller - Water and Environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure transparency of project financial situations by providing current information and future estimates
• Control project financial data and analyze variances
• Advise operational teams on management processes including offers and margin analysis
• Monitor project cash flow and forecast billing and collections
• Assist operational staff with project management in Oracle
• Establish and analyze monthly reporting for the pole manager
• Perform monthly and quarterly closings to ensure data reliability
• Develop quarterly and annual budgets
• Conduct project audits and collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
• Support Project and Financial Management in all financial aspects
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and the Core Management Model

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Finance and Management Control or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in management control in a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of French public markets and long-term engineering project management is a plus
• Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and critical thinking skills
• Rigorous, autonomous, and excellent interpersonal skills
