About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead complex customer and employee experience initiatives as a subject matter expert in Voice of the Customer (VoC) methodologies.
- Run the VoC program by partnering with organizational leaders to improve service performance and business outcomes.
- Manage high-visibility, cross-functional projects from conception through implementation, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of customer data to synthesize findings into actionable business strategies.
- Design and execute change management plans, including communication strategies and training materials, to drive adoption of customer-centric practices.
- Create executive-ready presentations and data visualizations to communicate complex insights to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior analysts and consultants on research methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical business analysis, customer experience technology support, or a related field.
- Proven experience with survey design, data collection, and project management.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and build professional relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience managing Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs.
- Familiarity with formal change management methodologies.
- Background in digital transformation or large-scale technology projects.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and service design frameworks.
