Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate detailed business impacts stemming from client solutions
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify key insights and business opportunities
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to define project requirements and ensure alignment
• Lead the preparation of reports, timelines, and presentations for clients and management
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and quality to ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Deliver end-user training and guide stakeholders through organizational change management
• Build and maintain positive client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Contribute to the development of client proposals and participate in mentoring initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in project management, project controls, or consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Project Management
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Willingness to travel and work outside regular business hours as needed
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, or willing to relocate
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
